Our beef is hand picked by our supplier to meet our specifications. We then age our beef for a minimum of 3 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lamb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We only supply locally produced lamb because, in our opinion it is the best lamb all year round. It is grown in WA\u2019s South West just like the beef we source.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We stock local WA produced Lilydale Chicken. It is <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">free range<\/g> and RSPCA accredited and therefore tastes like chicken should without any nasty additions.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pork<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We only supply female free range pork grown in WA. There is a big difference in the pork on the market and you will certainly taste the difference.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sausages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We have a big range of sausages which we regularly update. Our specialty sausages, are made at our shop.
